3-4 tbsps  Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 onions – chopped
4 garlic cloves – chopped
4 cans Fancy Meat Tuna in water, drained
1 tomato, peeled & chopped
2 tbsps Tomato Paste
200 ml small yogurt
3 dried chilies
1/2 cup ground coriander
2 tbsps parsley, chopped

Biryani spices
2 cinnamon sticks
1 dried lemon
4 cardamoms
4 cloves
2 bay leaves
8 seeds fresh black peppers
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp  Allspice
1 tsp  Paprika
1/2 tsp biryani ground spices
Salt to taste

Rice
2 tbsps  Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 1/2 cups basmati rice, washed & soaked for 15 min
Lots of water cover above rice
1 tbsp fresh mint – chopped
Saffron, soaked in 1 tbsp rose water & 2 tbsps lukewarm water

Garnish

Fried onions
Parsley
