Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Flour
  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar Powder
  • 2 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • little Salt
  • As Needed Chocolate

Method

  1. Bring a deep bowl, then add the powdered sugar with the butter and stir until completely homogeneous and melted
  2. Add the egg yolks to the previous mixture, and then add the flour and stir until it becomes slightly cohesive
  3. Bring the petit four shaping tool, then gradually take the quantity and insert it into the shaping tool and shape it in the shape you want.
  4. Bring a tray, then put a sheet of butter on the bottom of the tray, and stack the petit four on top of it appropriately
  5. Insert the tray into the oven so that it has achieved a temperature of 180 C for 10 minutes
  6. Take out the petit four and let it calm down for a while, then dip the petit four in the chocolate and decorate it as desired.
