This delicious smoothie is best consumed before or after a workout
Ingredients and Method

Ingredients

  • A cup of strawberries with cranberries and blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup of yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of natural honey
  • 1 tablespoon of unsweetened soy protein powder

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender and puree well until we get a smoothie with the perfect consistency
  2. The smoothie is added to the serving cups and decorated with pieces of fruit
