Strawberry-Blueberry Smoothies



This delicious smoothie is best consumed before or after a workout

Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- A cup of strawberries with cranberries and blueberries
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of natural honey
- 1 tablespoon of unsweetened soy protein powder
Method
- Mix all the ingredients together in a blender and puree well until we get a smoothie with the perfect consistency
- The smoothie is added to the serving cups and decorated with pieces of fruit
