  • 2Teaspoon Salt

Method

  1. First we boil the pasta, so we prepare a large pot and fill it with water and leave it on medium heat until it boils
  2. After the water boils, put 2 tablespoons of oil and a tablespoon of salt, then add one bag of pasta and leave it for 10 minutes, stirring from time to time, until the pasta is tender.
  3. We filter the pasta from the boiling water with a strainer, then wash it with cold water
  4. We prepare the pasta sauce, so we cut a medium-sized onion into small cubes, prepare the electric blender, put half a kilo of tomatoes in it, and beat it until it becomes tomato juice
  5. Prepare a pot in which we put 2 teaspoons of oil, 2 minced garlic cloves, and a medium-sized onion, cut into small cubes, and put it on a medium heat, stirring, until the garlic and onions turn golden.
  6. As soon as the onions and garlic turn golden, pour in tomato juice, then 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, and continue to stir until it softens and the sauce becomes thick and thick.
  7. Prepare the boiled pasta after washing it with cold water, pour it into the sauce, reduce the heat to a gentle simmer, and leave the pasta in the sauce for 5 minutes, stirring until the pasta and sauce are homogeneous.
