Cream caramel is a type of dessert made from easy and simple ingredients. It is a cold dessert and has a light texture, but it contains high calories and a large amount of fat.
Ingredients and Method


  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of hot milk


  1. We put the sugar in a pan and melt it over the fire to get a caramel
  2. Pour the caramel into small pots with the guard to cover the bottom of the pots
  3. In a bowl, put eggs, salt and vanilla and mix well
  4. Gradually add the milk while whisking
  5. Pour the mixture into the pots with a strainer
  6. Place the oni on an oven tray and pour boiling water into the tray so that it covers the height of the oni strainer
  7. We put the tray in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for an hour
  8. We put the cream caramel to cool completely in the fridge before serving
