Cream caramel is a type of dessert made from easy and simple ingredients. It is a cold dessert and has a light texture, but it contains high calories and a large amount of fat.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of sugar
- 4 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups of hot milk
Method
- We put the sugar in a pan and melt it over the fire to get a caramel
- Pour the caramel into small pots with the guard to cover the bottom of the pots
- In a bowl, put eggs, salt and vanilla and mix well
- Gradually add the milk while whisking
- Pour the mixture into the pots with a strainer
- Place the oni on an oven tray and pour boiling water into the tray so that it covers the height of the oni strainer
- We put the tray in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for an hour
- We put the cream caramel to cool completely in the fridge before serving
