Mushroom soup is an easy and quick recipe that you and your family can serve.
Ingredients and Method

Ingredients

  • An appropriate amount of mushrooms
  • Three teaspoons of olive oil
  • Two cloves of mashed garlic
  • Two onions
  • One tablespoon of black pepper
  • a spoonful of salt
  • A cube of chicken broth
  • One cup of cream
  • Three tablespoons of white flour

Method

  1. Place a saucepan over a medium heat, add the oil and let it get hot
  2. Add the onion to the oil and stir until wilted, then add the garlic and stir until golden
  3. We also add chopped mushrooms, onions, salt, and black pepper, and stir until the mushrooms turn brown, then add the flour and stir.
  4. Remove the previous mixture from the heat, then put it in the electric mixer, and mix until the mushroom broth becomes smooth, then return it again to the fire
  5. We leave the soup to boil over the fire, then pour it into a bowl for serving, then add the cream to it, and serve it here
