Ingredients and Method

Ingredients

  • 2 cups brown rice
  • 2 Spoon ghee
  • 1 chicken
  • 1 green & Red Pepper
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 Carrot
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tomato
  • 1 tablespoons spice mix
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • Turmic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Spoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 Dry Lemon

Method

  1. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes . In a large pot, sauté the onions and garlic until golden brown. add spice mix, salt, and pepper. put the cooked chicken on the mixcture Add the basmati rice and mix well to coat with the spices. Add the broth of chicken until cover the rice Note: Adjust seasoning according to your preference. Feel free to add more spice or garnishes for extra flavor!
