Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir the soaked rice with the grape leaves after cutting them into small pieces Add parsley, salt, spices, two tablespoons of tomatoes and olive oil to the mixture Over medium heat, sauté the chopped onions in hot oil until they change color Add tomato sauce or tomato juice and wait until completely cooked Mix the rice mixture with the hot mixture and stir well Pour pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, and lemon salt over the mixture In the cooking pot, add water to the mixture until it covers it Toast the whole bread in plenty of oil Serve the fattah inside the bread and garnish with yoghurt, tahini, pomegranate and coriander
