Ingredients
- 1 lettuce
- 1 Toasted bread cubes
- 1 Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 Grilled chicken breast slices
- 1/2 black olive
- 1 Diet yogurt
- 2 A tablespoon of light mayonnaise
- 1tsp salt
- 1tsp One tablespoon of minced garlic or powder
- 1 1 tablespoon of white vinegar
Method
- In a large bowl, put all the salad ingredients together
- In a blender, whisk all the sauce ingredients
- Add the sauce to the salad and stir gently
- The salad is now ready to be served
