Ingredients and Method

Ingredients

  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 Toasted bread cubes
  • 1 Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Grilled chicken breast slices
  • 1/2 black olive
  • 1 Diet yogurt
  • 2 A tablespoon of light mayonnaise
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1tsp One tablespoon of minced garlic or powder
  • 1 1 tablespoon of white vinegar

Method

  1. In a large bowl, put all the salad ingredients together
  2. In a blender, whisk all the sauce ingredients
  3. Add the sauce to the salad and stir gently
  4. The salad is now ready to be served
