  • 2tbsp - butter
  • 2tbsp - Olive Oil
  • 2 cups - Full Cream Yoghurt
  • 2 cups - Royal Yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp - Tahina (Sesame sauce)
  • As needed - Salt and pepper
  • 2 cups - Pita bread cut into small squares, fried or roasted
  • 1 cup - Finely minced meat
