- 1 cup - Chickpeas, boiled or canned
- ½ Cup - Fried pine nuts for garnish
- 1 tsp - Garlic, crushed
- 2tbsp - butter
- 2tbsp - Olive Oil
- 2 cups - Full Cream Yoghurt
- 2 cups - Royal Yoghurt
- 2 tbsp - Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp - Tahina (Sesame sauce)
- As needed - Salt and pepper
- 2 cups - Pita bread cut into small squares, fried or roasted
- 1 cup - Finely minced meat
