- Subscribers may place unlimited number of orders, provided each meets the minimum basket value requirement, and their order amount is above AED 25
- Electronic products, electronic accessories, appliances and items fulfilled by EROS are excluded from Union Coop Unlimited benefits
- Cashback benefits apply only to Annual Subscription members
- Cashback qualifying spend is calculated based on the calendar month from the first to the last day of each month and not based on the individual subscription start date
- For the 1.75 percent cashback tier, the maximum cashback amount is capped at AED 26.25 per calendar month
- For the 2 percent cashback tier, the maximum cashback amount is capped at AED 60 per calendar month
- The paid value of the monthly or annual subscription does not qualify for Tamayaz points.
- Cashback is calculated on a monthly basis according to the applicable tier and qualifying spend and will be credited 20 days after the end of the relevant calendar month
- Cashback will be credited to the customer’s Union Coop wallet
- Cashback amounts are valid for use within one month from the date of crediting and expire thereafter
- Cashback amounts exclude returned or refunded items
- Union Coop reserves the right to modify the benefits and cashback rules of the plan
- Subscriptions are automatically renewed until cancelled
- If cancelled, benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for unused portions of the subscription
- Union Coop reserves the right to seize the subscription in cases of unfair usage of the plan
- Union Coop reserves the right to amend the benefits of the plan
