• Promotion Period:
    • This promotion is valid for purchases made between May 4th – Nov 30th 2026, both offline (at all Union Coop branches) and online (Website and Mobile App).
    • Transactions made with 3rd parties are not valid towards this promotion.
  • Eligibility:
    • Entries are collected based on the spend in a single invoice (VAT included) as follows:
    • AED 200 – AED 349 = 1 entry
    • AED 350 – AED 499 = 2 entries
    • AED 500 – AED 749 = 4 entries
    • AED 750 – AED 999 = 7 entries
    • AED 1,000+ = 10 entries
    • Transactions must be recorded under a registered Tamayaz account.
    • Online transactions are automatically entered.
    • Offline transactions require shoppers to scan the Tamayaz membership barcode on the App at check-out.
    • Transactions linked with physical membership cards and phone numbers will not be eligible.
    • Purchases made or fulfilled using Tamayaz points are only eligible when a minimum of AED 200.
  • Prize Allocation:
    • One winner will be selected every Monday from May 4th onwards (excluding the first Monday when the campaign goes live).
    • Entries must take place between Monday Midnight until the following Monday Midnight.
    • Example: Raffle 1 is from May 4th midnight until May 11th midnight with the winner selected May 11th.
    • Entries are not carried forward to the following week’s draw.
    • The prize is automatically accredited to the winner’s account upon selection.
    • The prize can be used against all products in Union Coop.
    • Points cannot be used at 3rd party tenants in Union Coop showrooms.
    • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • The prize is valid for 6 months from the date of accreditation, after which it will be forfeited.
    • Union Coop will communicate with winners via App Push notification, SMS, or WhatsApp using the registered mobile number.
  • General Terms:
    • Any attempt to commit fraud will result in disqualification and withdrawal of prize entitlement.
    • Union Coop reserves the right to verify invoices, reject suspicious entries, and revoke prizes if necessary.
    • Prizes must be redeemed within the specified timeframes.
    • Union Coop is not responsible for unclaimed, lost, or misused prizes.
    • Union Coop reserves the right to amend, pause, or terminate the promotion without prior notice.
    • Union Coop’s decisions regarding all aspects of this promotion are final and binding.
    • By entering this campaign, customers agree to the use of their personal information by Union Coop for promotional purposes, including the use of names or pictures.
